For clients with high levels of overnight accommodation or conference and meeting room needs we can negotiate and set up corporate rates with preferred hotels.

We will review your current expenditure, business patterns, subsistence levels and any other factors that may be important to you to develop a dedicated programme of hotels or venues which will provide you with the best options to meet your needs and provide the best value for money.

Corporate Travel Management Information

We can provide you with bespoke management information allowing you to fully understand and manage your company's travel expenditure.

Billback Service

The process of managing invoices can be time consuming and labour intensive, especially in large organisations. Our billback service will simplify this process for you. We can settle your individual hotel bills and provide you with a single, consolidated invoice. As part of this process we can agree in advance a list of allowable charges such as bed & breakfast or dinner, bed & breakfast, and an allowance of a nominated amount.

Travel Policy Control

We will be happy to work with you to help define a travel policy which can then be implemented across your company. We will then help to ensure travel policy compliance.
